A little unsure of what to do. Can someone please help?

Hiya all.

I looking for a bit of help and understanding on how i go about reclaiming bank and credit card charges and also ppi. In november 2011 i wrote the £1.00 letter for information request to 5 of my oh creditors. After a year or so of family issues, i have been sorting out paperwork and found that 2 of the 5 have not replied to the request. After so long, do we still have the option to take it further and if so how?

Also, we will be doing the £10.00 letter using the template from this site. What do i look for etc?

Thanks for taking the time to read

Fifi :)
:T:T:T I'm finally debt free:T:T:T

    It's all on here:

Some banks send your data for free. I suspect the reason why the other two didn't was that the normal fee is £10 not £1.
If it were me I would start again from scratch and follow through.
