That's not usually a problem in our house.

Mine had exactly 1 week! I rang customer services who were very rude and implied that if I bought things that were reduced, what did I expect. I said I thought her manner was rude, and she informed me that I could send an email to - customer services.....

    I've been Money Tipped!
I bought these last year from debenhams - they had a week left of the expiry date but they also weren't in an protective packaging so the box was smashed to bits. That plastic is really sharp when it's all smashed up. I did get refund but prob only due to the damaged box.

I think these are vastly overpriced compared to other shops.
Debenhams usual tactic of vastly inflated original price in order to con us into thinking we have a bargain when they reduce them!

Same thing happened to me - I now only buy in Debenhams sale if I'm going in the shop itself as they seem to think that a plastic mailing sack and no box, bubble wrap, peanuts or anything remotely protective is needed for delivery!
