do i need building regs?

HOpefully putting an ensuite into a walk in wardrobe and will have to put in a new soil pipe which will go down the side and front of my house into the existing internal soil pipe.

Will i need building regs for this? Im still using the existing pipe but obviuosly adding inot it from another source?

ps what do people think of thta would it look hideous, there are no other options really as we can t really do a downstairs loo either!

    afaik there is no need for building regs for this work. just make sure all work is done to best practice of course. esp the soil pipe connections.
    Get some gorm.
  • no building regs required just make sure you do a good job..thats whats important..take your time and plan everything..if poss get prof advice from a plumber or builder.
