CEX - over a month and still not paid

Has anyone else had problems with CEX?
I sent my goods to them on 30th November and asked to be paid by CEX voucher. They quoted me £45.00.
The order took about 3 weeks to be processed and they returned one game to me by recorded delivery. There was nothing else in the envelope.
I've had no payment for the rest of the goods I sent in, but my account states that they have paid me.
I can't get them to reply to my emails and am concerned that I've made a big mistake selling my stuff to them.
Any advice would be gratefully received

I sent a phone to them to be exchanged for vouchers a few months back , the voucher was emailed to me and I had to print it off myself.
They are quite slow to reply to emails but usually do after a few days , have you checked your junk mail folder for your voucher and any replies?0 -
cex is !!!!ing !!!! in my experience.0

My mil took a box of DVD's to the shop the other day only to be told that they didn't have enough cash to pay for them but could offer a voucher - bearing in mind the girl in the shop didn't even look at the DVDs let alone add up how much they were worth I find this very difficult to believe. I'm wondering if they're experiencing problems at the moment.
I hope you get your voucher soon.0 -

If I haven't heard from them by Wednesday (to give them time to get over the holidays) then I'll let them know that I intend to report them to Trading Standards and start Small Claims proceedings.
I won't be using them again.0 -

Nope its just their way of maximising profit by not offering cash to anyone and only giving out vouchers. All cex store are franchises but they all seem to follow the no cash rule, mines used to be good until they started implementing it.0 -
The shops will use any excuse not to give you cash, as they want to give you vouchers so you spend the money back in store with them.
As for the voucher for the goods sent via the net, the last time I sold goods I got the voucher via email (subject title - Payment), so have you checked your inbox/spam/deleted to see if it's arrived and you've overlooked it?0 -
I have checked my emails and haven't received anything yet. I'm pleased to hear that they pay their vouchers by email - hopefully it means they can sort it out.0
