Google for sign makers in your area and check their websites to see if they cater for that sort of thing. Then go and see them to discuss exactly what you require and what they can supply.

Also ensure they can fit it to comply with electrical regulations.

It is not the sort of thing to try and buy online.

Do you need planning permission for your sign? Best to check before paying any money.

It won't require planning permission, but it is highly likely to require Advertisement Consent (similar process to applying for planning permission). It's also a criminal offence to display a sign without obtaining any necessary consent! (just a friendly warning!)
