Reclaiming credit when switching advice needed please
I am about to switch from npower juice to scottish power, I have been using juice as I liked the idea of nenewable energy but I think my money would be better spent giving a donation to greenpeace.
Having decided to switch I would like to know how to get the credit back that npower has from direct debits, on my latest bill I have £117.72 credit. Will they just send it to me when I stop being a customer or do I have to claim it
Thanks in advance

It should be sent to you automatically when your transfer goes through. They may refund it through the direct debit or send you a cheque. However, you can always cancel your direct debit now so you won't be waiting for as much money back (although if you are due your annual rebate soon you should wait until it has been received before doing that).0
