Where is the best place to sell domain names

I have several domain names, mainly ".co.uk" names which I bought a few years ago, and later renewed. They were for a business idea I had. Due to a change in circumstances, most were ever used and the others were, but on a low key approach.
I know they would sell, but how and more importantly where would this be done.
Thank you

Selling domain names is a lot harder than it is to buy them, but what I would do is identify what kind of businesses/people would want them and email them telling them about them and then put them up on somewhere like Sedo, and make sure you are asking a reasonable price for them.
The last thing anyone is going to do is pay thousands for some of your rejects and you should be aware that they may never sell, though you may like them and think they are good, I rarely find it so that lots of other people do.
Can you give a hint as to what these domains are?"Don't blink. Blink and you're dead. They are fast. Faster than you can believe. Don't turn your back. Don't look away. And don't blink. Good Luck" - The Doctor.0 -
Unless they are highly desirable then they are unlikely to be worth anything especially if you dont have the much more valuable .com
SEDO is probably your best option but dont plan your retirement just yet.0 -

Thanks, actually for many I have both the .co.uk and the .com names
these include ...
"ShopsinNewcastle", "ShopsinBirmingham" etc etc for most major cities, but for London though, I only have shopsinlondon.co0 -
As has been suggested, sedo is a good place, I've sold a few domains through there, but the minimum charge can be a bit steep if the domain doesn't sell for much. Sedo's escrow system is worth while, though.
You could try namepros - a domain namers forum, but I've had no luck there.
You could also try approaching some of the directory type websites to see if they are interested in buying the domains.

Time will tell and I'll be happy if I am proved wrong but I suspect they arent worth much. They arent very brandable and the hyphenated version is currently available (for newcastle & birmingham anyway) which from an SEO point of view is worth more or less the same0
