Business Bank Account

Hi due to very ill health I have decided my dream of opening a fair trade christian coffee shop will sadly not happen. I still have a business bank account with a fair amount of money in it. I dont want the bank to take a large amount for closing the account (which happened in my personal acct once). What is the best way to close the account. Thank you for all the advice I have received in the past. I wish you all well in 2013 and will keep on reading this business section I have learnt such a lot. x
