holiday for a family of 5 all inclusive.

hi all, just looking for some advice, last year we took the plunge and booked a holiday to delphin palace in turkey all inclusive and really enjoyed ourselves (our first holiday as a family my eldest is 10)

We keep thinking perhaps to play it safe and go back to lara beach in turkey but we can only go in summer holidays this year (last year we went in the may half term) .

Ive been looking at other regions such as Side in turkey which looks nice, do you think its possible to get an all inclusive deal for 4k or under , travel republic and thompson are where ive been looking. Is there a better place to check?

thanks

hi thanks for replying... yeah iw as aswell.. people probably thought i was lazy for not looking myself but i compare it to looking for mobile phone contracts. There is so much information it just drained my brain:)

we decided it was too expensive and perhaps for next year we will book for an earlier holiday or indeed keep looking and try to get a late deal this year.

    thanks

Hiya, my only advice would be choose your hotel VERY carefully after the Delphin palace.
We went there a couple of years ago and it was amazing, it will be a very hard act to follow for a first all inclusive experience.

I booked it as a very last minute deal on the Thomas cook website and paid £389pp for a 5 night break, so I would keep an eye out for something last minute (about 4 - 6 weeks before).
Also look at less than 7 night breaks. The majority of these seem to pop up when its gets closer to departure (probably filling up seats on planes) and are much cheaper than a regular 7 night break as they dont appeal to most people.
For example we paid £389pp 5 nights and 7 nights was double £749pp. (our flights were better aswell, leaving early am and returning late pm so we 6 days at the hotel!)
    £100 - £10,000

hi, thanks for the tips, yeah totally agree about the delphin was amazing and after reading the trip advisor reviews for other hotels we have been put off. I can read 100 good reviews, a couple of bad ones and I'm put off lol

I know what you mean, I think though if a hotel is in the top 10 on Trip advisor you can usually feel quite confident it is a good hotel of its type. You just need to be sure its actually the type you are looking for!.
    £100 - £10,000
  • Thomas Cook have really good online deals, but you didn't state which airport?
