Hi. I've not been able to get online at all - it doesn't recognise the account number,
I've had the same problem when trying to get online, when I rang they said it was because it had been changed because a new card had been sent out. A month later and still no card received!
On another note, are you calling 020 8181 0000? I've never had problems with this one.0
