MCOL query

i submitted a mcol on 25/4/07 it takes 5 days to service does that include weekends ? ? ?. as im trying to work out if and when i will have to submitt a win by default ,which is 14 days after my 5th service day.iam a bit confused as wether to count weekends as normal days if u no wot i mean ? ? ?

You will get your notice of issue which will tell you exactly the day the claim was deemed served. You can work out your 14 days from that. Alternatively you can log onto MCOL when you think it's 14 days and try to request judgment. It wont let you if the 14 days have not elapsed.0
