How do I show Charity Dinner in Accounts?

HI Everyone, and happy new year to you all!
Quick question - we (business partners plus guests) are attending a charity fundraising dinner one of our customers is hosting. We have received the invoice for the table, but I'm not sure how to show it in the accounts - I don't think it would be a charity donation as we will be getting something for it, would it be entertainment (thus not tax deductible) or networking (our guests will be customers) or something else? Obviously I am hoping the answer is a tax deductible one but I would rather the books were right than save a bit via tax avoidance!
Thank you everyone

As it is a charity fund raising event they are charging more than the cost of the dinner so part of the ticket price is a donation to the charity. If you could get the charity to give a breakdown showing the cost of the dinner itself could the ticket cost not be apportioned between entertaining and charity donation?0

If they break it down to that level then yes it could be apportioned0
