I ignore all the bingo emails these days, most of them are spam generators...experience and the tempting get free play offers have taught me.
the one site i do play on is Tombola. I stake 2quid a week on one of their games so i can play the free game every day.
I've won smaller prizes (less than 100quid a time) on it a few times. regularly enough that except when i get carried away and think ohh next game i'll win instead of just playing one or two I don't end up having to upload funds to cover my weekly 2quid stake.
i saw someone win a 3000quid jackpot yesterday, well i saw the jackpot go form 3000+ to 1 quid and the announcement that player name had won the jackpot that game.
any time i have had bonus money from them its been no different to real money, except that playing with bonus money means i can't play the free daily game the following week if i have not also played through 2quid real money. I have won playing with bonus money and this has always counted as real money. my first ever win was with the free bonus money for signing up iirc and i had them send me a check with half the winnings and played more games with the rest lol0 -

Right...there are some tricks. Always get referred by a friend. Join through Quidco to get an extra £10 cash back.
When you deposit the first time deposit the maximum amount of £25. You will get £50 of bonus. £75 of money to play with. If you can't afford to do the maximum don't do it. You could lose it all and even if you don't lose it all it takes ages to get it back if you play properly.
Each week play £4 and only £4 on anything except Hamster Race. Write it all down so you don't lose count. I usually play Pirates or Battleships. I play for a low risk high chance of winning a small win rather than a high risk small chance of a big win. Playing with £4 ensures that £2 is bonus and £2 is real money.
This will now entitle you to play the free lucky pick game the following week. Play that game every day starts Monday without fail and you should at least win another free £5 bonus every couple of months or maybe £10 every 6 months.
If you don't win any money after 12 weeks (after wagering £48) your balance should now be £27 which is £1 cash and £26 bonus. You will need to deposit again to continue to play optimally. The second deposit gets a bonus too so deposit the maximum amount Always ensure the cash balance is above £2 before starting to play. Never just play with either cash or bonus alone and don't rush it. Keep on going slowly with £4 a week and you should eventually win something and get your original money back. There are always regular £5 bonus offers in emails and in December there is a advent game in which everyone who plays the free game every day wins at least £5 bonus.
Always, always be recommended and recommend a friend to get playmates bonuses.
I started in May 2009 depositing a total of £65 since then and so far withdrawn £28, £14, £24, £17, £17. That's only 5 times I've won a decent house prize. Total withdrawn £100. Played for 190 weeks and turned over £760...there has been a lot of little wins. My balance is now £74, £36 cash and £36 bonus. I have another 18 weeks of play without having to win anything before having to deposit again. Chances are there will be a few more small wins and a few free £5 bonuses which will keep me going till Christmas.
At an average of 20 pence profit a week it won't make you rich quickly at all...it's just something to do. A way to waste half an hour each week.:footie:Regular savers earn 6% interest (HSBC, First Direct, M&S)
Loans cost 2.9% per year (Nationwide) = FREE money.

Dont know if its because I didn't have a great nights sleep or if its just me, but it just sounds far too complicated for me. Though any spare half hours I get in a week I turn on the 3DS, which doesn't happen often.
Thanks for the thoughts everyone. I think I will just stay away :rotfl:Current Aims: Laptop/PC, decent money, holiday
Best Wins: Ipad, Nintendo 3DS, £400 Shopping Spree at LK Bennett, £100 Boots vouchers
Total Wins (Since April 2012) £3442.56
Big thanks to all who post comps :T:beer:0 -

Bingo Deposit (and some no deposit) bonuses are the coolest thing ever, at least for the sensible and well informed bettor. I believe the odds are skewed in favour of the first timer so grab and go is the order of the day.
Budget for 3 X £10 deposits on the current best offers. Can I name some?0 -
If you do decide to play set yourself a limit. I've played on tombola and tried some other sites too but I like tombola the best and I know a few people on here play on there too. I only deposit £10 every few weeks but I have seen users say they have lost hundreds in one day! it is a mugs game when you think of it but I enjoy playing occasionally but would never (or could ever) bet hundreds on it.
I often think when you see same winners names come up who are not in the chat rooms..are they genuine winners. (just my opinion!)
Big thanks to all who contribute to the forums. Be lucky everyone and be safe!0 -

Or are the free £x just a con to get you to pay for real?
Yes it is just gambling.
No it generally isn't a con but it is done to get you to play for real.0 -
Last year I signed up for Sun Bingo - I paid my £10, got my £10 bonus, played three games and won £100 on the third. I had to wait until the "bonus" expired before I could withdraw my money, but it wasn't a problem - I just put a note in my diary for the day it would occur. I've resisted the temptation to try again!Would LOVE to win:
A hamper - any sort! A goody bag - any sort! A UK mini-break. A year's supply of something foodie. Anything Sci-Fi related
2013 wins - Cutting Room book, Rock n Rose necklace, £50 M&S voucher, Greggs coffee, £70 voucher for a Onesie0 -
They are genuine as long as you check out if there is a wager requirement or terms that means you can't withdraw the winnings. I also do the casino offers (where you deposit a fiver and if you win you keep the winnings, but if you lose you get your fiver back) I have made £600 since New Years day doing this, but you do have to be strict and no good for anyone who is likely to get addicted.£2021 in 2021... £253.86/£20210
