Having the usual New Year 'new me' thoughts.
I have a Nexus 7 now and think if I was physically updating something then it might help keep me focused.
I expect there are loads of apps out there in this kind of category but personal recommendation works better for me than just a Google search.
So, can anyone recommend a weight loss and/or exercise app please?

Calorific is the one I used, set in some simple parameters, and then clock your intake daily at regular intervals for good , ok and bad calories (indeed dieting is not all about calories) but low calorie foods eg veg are unlikely to be high in sugar and carbs, I lost nearly 3 stone in a year, and not set one foot in a gym.0 -
Try Google Maps, pick a route and walk it

Take a look at the "Zombie Run" 'games'

It basically sit between your music play lists and you when you're out running or cycling (real or stationary bike). so you get a snippet of story (i.e. hearing zombies coming behind you, or a target distance to a check point) in between songs.
I've used it in the past and it's very good at getting you to run faster when you hear the zombies... ^_^Laters
