Wow. Just received my DLA claim pack... It is a monster Muttely!
The DLA form is long and can be tough to fill out as your writing quite a lot and have a deadline. I remember more than one headache filling mine out last year. Good luck and remember too get supporting medical documents if you can.my eldest sister gets full dla based on mental health (mobility and care) - she lost her driving license at the same time... on medical grounds (withdrawn i believe the term was)
that might by why you only got physical disabilities.
I know people who get DLA for CFS / ME, but have also lost their license on basis of medical grounds etc. - anything to do with the brain tends to mean that your not fit to drive (not always, but often
)
