Nationwide Select CC Balance Transfer

I have previously tried to transfer the balance from my Nationwide select credit card but to no avail. After googling it it seems this is a problem for many, has anyone managed to successfully transfer a balance from Nationwide select to elsewhere?

I'm thinking that maybe I might request to go back to the old CC as the benefit of overseas spending etc doesn't matter to me.

We did transfer a balance from a Nationwide Select credit card to Barclaycard but we couldn't do it online, we had to do it by telephone.

What exactly have you tried? Why the balance you tried to transfer is not listed in your signature along with others?

We have an expense coming up that we are going to pay on a card and then transfer to 0% deal on my Barclaycard and the Nationwide CC is the only other card I have to use for the purchase. I don't intend to make the purchase unless I can transfer the balance and from past experience I was concerned I would get lumbered with the high interest rate.
