Went into Iceland this morning and picked up beef wellington, the last goose breast joint with stuffing and last boned roast leg of lamb joint all half price at £5 each also goose fat roast spuds down to 75p a bag. No 3 bird roasts in sight. I'll have the beef wellington tomorrow and the rest at Easter.0

may be that they're still upstairs in the cold room, I know we've got a lot of 3 bird roasts and especially the Hog roasts (from the ad on TV) to shift.
I've gotten myself a large breaded gammon joint, the leg of lamb joint and a duck in orange.
If you know the names of the "luxury" Christmas lines which were £10 and will now be £5 but can't see any in the RTC cabinet, you could try asking nicely if they happen to have any in the back waiting to be shifted because we certainly do at our store.0 -

Their frozen is good, but there is a lot of fresh stuff that is rank

Aye, up to £2.50 now but when it was £2.25 for 160 and I had double staff discount..let us just say that many a wholesale case was purchased that day, and we have enough tea for along time..0 -
I would just like to say , that saving on my shopping i have changed to shopping at Ald* and Icelan* I love the frozen veg, broccoli, petit pois, roast potatoes, garlic breads, meal in a bag stir fry, frozen chips the desserts are fab too. large chocolate gateux £2.00 bottles squash cheap for kids. if bonus card holder get free delivery too just fill trolley pay at till but i get meat from butchers. but brought 4 pork chops 2.69 for 4 large ones in Ald*.March GC 01-29th £458.77 / £500.00.:j NSD 6/15

I get some of my shopping in Iceland. My local branch often has short dated fresh produce reduced to half price first thing in the morning. It is not unusual for a small queue to be outside at opening time! I have managed to pick up a fair few bargains.0

They've opened another new store in my town. Last time I went in they had the tiger loaf for £1.0
