Competition to win one Gap voucher worth £60
To enter the competition an entrant must go online to https://www.facebook.com/lovewatercress, like the page, register their details and post a diet tip on the facebook page wall.
1. Winners will be drawn from Monday 1 January 2013 until Thursday 31 January 2013
2. Closing date for entries: 5:30pm Thursday 31 January
3. Every day during the month of January one winner will be randomly selected from those who have ‘liked’ the page and posted up their favourite diet tip on the page wall.
4. Winners will receive a voucher worth £60 redeemable at UK branches of Gap. There is no cash alternative.
5. Winners must be UK residents
6. These rules, which may be amended from time to time, and any such instructions shall be binding on all entrants.
7. Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.
8. Entries must be clearly marked with the entrant's name, e-mail address, and any other specified details. All required fields of information must be completed accurately and in full for an entry to be processed and accepted.
9. Unless otherwise stated, entries must be made to the page on the Website specified in the competition instructions. They are invalid if they arrive any later than the specified closing time.
10. Only one entry per entrant is permitted
11. All questions in the instructions must be answered and all other entry requirements fulfilled.
12. Proof of entry form submission will not constitute proof of delivery and no responsibility will be accepted for lost, corrupted, delayed or mislaid entries.
13. Use of a false name or address will disqualify entrants from receiving any prize. Entrants who are rude, abusive or deemed otherwise unsuitable by Love Watercress will be excluded from the competition.
14. In the event of the closing time being extended, which the judges may do in their absolute discretion, there will be an announcement of any such extension at the first reasonable opportunity, and the terms and conditions will be updated accordingly.
15. The decision of the judges shall be final and unchallengeable and, in their absolute discretion, they may declare void any entry or the competition itself, should they consider that there are no entries reaching a required standard, whereupon they can award prizes or not, as they think fit. The judges may also decide, in their absolute discretion, to change the rules of a competition while it is running if it appears to them that it would be equitable or desirable to do so. No correspondence will be entered into.
16. If an entrant is notified as a winner and does not acknowledge such notification within 14 days from the date of notification, then Love Watercress shall be entitled to withdraw that entrant's right to the prize and Love Watercress shall have the right to select an alternative winner
17. Love Watercress and its subsidiaries and related companies reserve the right to publish the names of the winners and runners-up, and any entries. A condition of entry is that entrants are deemed to have assigned the copyright of their entries to Love Watercress. All entries, however submitted, shall become the property of Love Watercress. Entrants agree that Love Watercress and its subsidiaries and related companies will have the right, with no further permission or payment, to publish all or part of any entry or use it in any way they think fit.
18. DATA PROTECTION. Love Watercress will hold an entrant's personal data for a reasonable period of time to enable it to send that entrant any prize that they have won and to verify that these rules have been complied with, and for accounting purposes. This data may be passed to third parties to enable such third parties to fulfill any necessary requirements relating to the award of a prize.
19. Prize delivery will be within 28 days of notification.
20. Love Watercress and its subsidiaries and related companies will not be liable for any circumstances beyond its reasonable control that prevent a prize being taken up by a winner.
By entering the competition entrants are agreeing to be bound by these rules, any conditions set out in the competition instructions, and Love Watercress’ decisions relating to the competition. Love Watercress reserves the right to disqualify an entry if it has reasonable grounds to believe that an entrant has breached any of the competition's rules or conditions.
