Ouch: wrist ache !

-
Mine used to ache, but I bought a mouse mat that has got a raised part (like a gel inside) to put your wrist on.never had a problem since..Ive had it a few years, got it from Asda.
Raising the wrist seems to help then! (as with my armchair arm solution)!!! Sometimes I even plonk my mouse pad on the dog, who also likes to lay by my side whilst I comp on the settee! She seems to enjoy the massage on her back and head as my I sweep my mouse to and fro! :rotfl::TA big thanks to all who post and sprinkling lucky dust to all who enter :smileyhea0 -
