Charging Fees on Free Listing Night

Am trying to have a major clearout and spent the day ironing and taking photos. Am now trying to list and it is quoting me fees. Is it worth the risk of carrying on and getting them refunded or should I carefully put everything away and wait for the next one?

I wouldn't risk listing , you need to double check your listings and see what you are being charged for. I assume you are doing this direct on eBay so it will say on the final screen before you list what the charge is for.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. I've just listed something as an experiment on my private account and it was free listing for me. You have either got something chargeable ticked or you have become in eligible for some reason.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. Have you got the 90p picture pack selected? In some catageories it automatically selects the picture pack when you upload a pic:heart2:Mummy to a beautiful little girl:heart2:

I've listed a few more items today for 5-day auctions - free listing for all items across very different categories. There must be some kind of 'enhancement' if you are being charged a listing fee (or you have a non-eligible account)."The secret of life is honesty and fair dealing.

When I list items on free listing days the form that I fill always states that I will be charged for each item. It's only when I get to the very last page do I get a note saying that all my charges have been refunded and it has cost me nothing. The best thing to do it to list just one item, follow it through right to the end and then see if you have been charged or your fee has been refunded.
Good luck xx0 -
Could it be you were listing with Turbolister? Its not free if you use that.0
