Ordered a bottle to be sent out as a gift, not only did it get sent to me instead, but I have not had the invoice so I assume that has gone to the recipient of the gift instead. I have to pay £8 to send the bottle to the recipient myself.
Have emailed them 3 times with no response, even told them I would be posting on a forum if i didnt get a reply. Nothing at all from them, cant even get a phone number for them
Would not recommend.

I think they are breaking UK law by not having their geographical address on the website as well.
I assume its this one:

"Did you know that companies in the UK must include certain regulatory information on their company websites and in their email footers from 1st January 2007 or they will breach the Companies Act in the UK and risk a fine.
Every company should list its company registration number, place of registration and registered office address on its website as a result of an update to the legislation of 1985. The information, which must be in legible characters, should also appear on order forms and in
emails. Such information is already required on ‘business letters’ but the duty is being extended to websites, order forms and electronic documents."Bad Spellers of the world untie0 -

Can you tell me the name of the SI or whatever which stipulates this, please?0 -

Looks like it's the Companies Act 1985 as amended by the Companies Act 2006, see here.
EDIT: better source says it was an amendment by SI, but typically vague about which SI or indeed which piece of legislation it was amending...
EDIT again: The Companies (Registrar, Languages and Trading Disclosures) Regulations 2006 (SI 2006/3429), implementing the First Company Law Amendment Directive (2003/58/EC), amending ss.349, 351 and 705 of the Companies Act 1985 (source: www.evca.com/images/attachments/tmpl_14_art_97_att_1083.pdf0 -
Thanks for the links. I've investigated further and it's the Companies Act 2006 (The Companies Bill received Royal Assent on 8 November 2006. Apparently The Companies Act 2006 is the longest Act ever to have been passed by Parliament.)
I know it's off topic for this thread but I'll investigate further and get back with fuller reference in case (unlikely, I know) that anyone else is interested.0
