Help with printing

Just some help please. Been trying to print some Asda vouchers and it just prints out a blank page and not the money off coupon, it's a new printer with new printer ink and have tried a test print and everything works fine.
Any suggestions?

What printer is it?
Have a look in the printer driver screens to see if there's anything about printing graphics.
Alternatively, if it's a PDF you're trying to print, save the PDF to disk and then try to open it with Adbobe Reader, or Foxit Reader, or whatever PDF reader you have, and print it from there.0 -
