Can I share my dongle in my PC?

Long story, but basically Talktalk are useless and have disconnected my broadband. Am signing up with Plusnet.
In the meantime, I have a 3 SIM and dongle in my PC. Is there any way the other puters in the house can use the internet thru my PC - the wireless router is still providing the wifi network.

What's your OS?
This is how to do it in Win 7.

Yes, you should be able to share your internet connection from your computer/3 dongle with others on your wifi network. IIRC there should be some help in windows to guide you through the process.0

I just realised you want your existing router to provide the wifi for the LAN.
You'll probably need to connect just the router and the PC with the dongle together initially with a regular ethernet cable.
You should then be able to set up ICS on the PC with the dongle. However you may have to disable the DHCP server in your router and assign it a manual IP address.
At the moment your router will be the DHCP server, assigning IP addresses to your other network devices but you will need the ICS PC to take on the DHCP server function.
Alternatively you may be able to create a network bridge. This article may help (except for 'cable modem' read '3 dongle' in your case):
