Thanks for that, am being thick but what does that involve? The room where the tv is going ti go is as far away from the bt broadband hub as can get!

well for cable its a case of hiding/installing
for homeplugs
you run an ethernet cable from the router to the homeplug
plug the hoeplug into a power socket
then plug the other in near the TV
run an ethernet cable from that homeplug to the TV0 -
Cost:
- Pair of HomePlugs - £20 and up
- A very long UTP cable - a few quid
