If you’ve got a simple potato recipe which never fails to go down a storm at the dinner table, all you need to do is upload it, along with an image of your dish to manyfacesofpotatoes.co.uk. 13 regional finalists will go head to head and the winning dish, chosen by the tasty James Martin himself, will land the winner a luxury family holiday, and an exclusive role as the Home Economist on manyfacesofpotatoes.co.uk's 2013 national TV ad shoot. • The competition opens on 1st October 2012 and closes on 29th March 2013
• The competition will sit on the following URL - www.manyfacesofpotatoes.co.uk
• Competition entrants must be 18 or over
• The competition is only open to those residing in Great Britain
• The winner will be chosen by a panel of experts including James Martin. The judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered in to the competition
• The winner will be briefed by Clarion Communications and TV ad agency Gro Digital to develop a selection of new, healthy and child-friendly potato recipes – one of which will feature in a national TV ad, due to air June 2013
• Manyfacesofpotatoes.co.uk reserves the right to amend the recipes created by the winner and will retain full control over the final recipe which features in the TV advert
• The role of Home Economist will be unpaid
• The winner will be required to attend the filming of the TV ad and take part in follow up publicity inclusive of any photography and media interviews
• Travel from the winner’s home town to the location of filming will be covered by manyfacesofpotatoes.co.uk up to the value of £100
• All details and dates to be confirmed once competition closes
• Employees, agents of Agriculture and Horticulture Development Board and their immediate families and any other party professionally associated with the competition are excluded from entering the competition
• The prize is as follows and there is no cash alternative:
  • • 3 nights staying with the family at The Garden Cottage in Hailey on the edge of the Cotswolds Hills
    • Dates to be agreed with Unmissable once competition closes
    • Welcome pack of gourmet food in cottage on arrival
    • Ingredients to make your favourite cottage pie at The Garden Cottage
    • £100 travel allowance per group
    • 3 course evening meal at a local gastro pub to include your favourite type of potatoes, choose from chips, new, mash or baked
    • Bottle of wine with dinner for adults over the age of 18
    • Soft drinks with dinner for those under the age of 18
