hi sorry this sounds odd but wondered if anyone can help?
i have someone whos withdrawn funds from paypal to their bank and is then going to pay me via bank transfer. they told me it would take a few hrs. this was at 11am yesterday. its still not done and i dont know if its a paypal error or they are having me on. thankyou
