    Hi SF

Not sure when you're back but sure you're having an amazing time! It sounds like our holidays were similar with lots and lots of sight-seeing! We got back last night and I'm slowly drifting back to reality. We had an amazing time and saw some incredible things, but it is good to be home too! I can see why people can get addicted to holidays.

    Anyway, speak to you soon,

And we're back! Actually got back on Tuesday but not sure where the time's gone since then?

Anyway, we had a lovely time :) saw some amazing things, had some great experiences and created lasting memories - what can be better :) but, I was pleased when we got home. I think that if we do something like that again, we'd aim for 9 or 10 days, rather than 16. It was long!

We didn't spend all of our budget either, but we came pretty close. Still, it's nice to come under, especially when we were eating 3 meals a day out (plus some snacks ;) ) I have lots of updating the spreadsheet to do but I'll do that tomorrow.

    What have I missed? :)

    Welcome back! :T

How are you feeling about being home? Sounds like you had a great time!

We found the first part of our holiday quite hard work with long days sightseeing and changing hotel every night, not to mention driving quite long distances! We were really ready for a more restful second week.

Now you can enjoy the rest of the time off :)

I'm glad to be home to be honest! Our holiday was really busy so I was very tired by the time I got home. Nothing beats sleeping in your own bed!

  • I know exactly what you mean about sleeping in your own bed. I am so looking forward to my own bed tonight.

Hope you have had a fantastic holiday and the 'being home blues' don't kick in.

Where has the weekend gone?! I seem to keep losing days at the moment, it's mad.

Me and my mum did a carboot sale this morning and I made £53 which isn't made. Absolutely shattered mind, but got rid of lots of stuff so I'm pleased :) it'll pay for the food shopping this week :rotfl:

I've done our OP for August but (if you've seen my blog) we've changed our priorities a bit on that again. I'll do a bigger update at the end of the month re: the mortgage as it gives me a bit more time to ponder what I want to do about it.

    Happy Sunday everyone :)
