That's strange, I was just thinking this morning about how SF is getting on.

Life must be busy right now, but I'm pleased to see a blog entry.

Eee, and there's me thinking that people didn't care :o

I'll be honest, I feel like I've lost my way a bit. I guess I've fallen off the wagon a bit. I haven't been tracking our spending, though I know we've not been particularly bad over the past few weeks. I still plan our weekly shops and spend around the same, but I'm more lax about what I'm buying. It's funny how, even though I'm not purposely trying to spend more or less, it always ends up being around £40 a week spends.

DS is thriving now, thank goodness. He is still being weighed every two weeks, but is putting on weight well and is just like any other 11 week old baby. He's starting smiling properly which is incredibly cute :) still not the best sleeper in the world, though working on it! He had his first immunisations a couple of weeks ago which has set him back in terms of sleeping; he had started to have 4 hour stretches, but we're back to 2-3 hours if we're lucky. But, speaking to the HV, the new meningitis vaccine has affects all the babies she sees, whether that's making the ill or having a bit of a regress. It's apparently a nasty one for them to have, which doesn't bode well for the next round which is more of the same.

A not-so-MSE thing I've done for me is to join our local gym, so that I can go swimming. I've missed being able to go and I'm struggling with my post-baby body, so I treated myself to the membership. It's nice to be able to go swimming and also to have a bit of me time. The jacuzzi is nice too ;)

So, I'll try and post more regularly. I just feel like life (or me?) is not that interesting, so would probably bore you if I posted :o

    Ho hum, plodding along.

    There you are!

Glad to see your son is doing well, that's great news.

I think it's only to be expected that your focus has been on your son, and money saving activities have been on the back burner. Although, if you are spending about the same amount, it probably means everything is ticking along anyway

Nooooooooo - baby news isn't boring!!!! (Am also interested in SF life in general - but) baby news is great - they develop and change SO quickly at this stage :)

Glad to hear from you on here - the gym membership sounds a great thing to do - after all, this MFW lark is a long-haul trip :)

Some of us might not post often but it doesn't mean we don't care.

Glad to hear you and your DS are keeping well. Hope hubby is well too?!?!
