or maybe an extra £20-ish and get a tablet, install reader app, and it'll be more versatile for your money ??......Gettin' There, Wherever There is......
I have a dodgy "i" key, so ignore spelling errors due to "i" issues, ...I blame Apple

eReader - Easier for reading with no eye strain over prolonged periods. Long battery life.
Tablet - Eye strain reading over long periods. Much shorter battery life. Can do more with it.
So, if you want it just for reading, go for an eReader with an eInk screen not TFT but if you want to do other things with it go for a tablet.0 -

For that money It's not worth buying a tablet in my opinion, with a Kobo you know you are getting a good product that does one thing, but does it well.
More money and I'd go for a tablet, but that's just me.0
