Office - bargains starting from £5!

I ordered the wellies for a fiver, they were delivered yesterday, no sign of the shoe horn i also ordered and i can see why they were selling off the wellies.... not overly impressed with the service and will in future go into the store to look at the item before buying.

Received the tartan wellies this morning. They are great! can't believe I got them for only 5 pounds. Lovely and such great quality.

I got mine this morning and they are lovely. What is it you don't like? I find them great quality and they look fab.

but I complained via Facebook like hundreds of others it seems, who said to email them, which I did saying I didn't want a full price item (which is what the five off is only for) and they've now offered 15% off but still only full price and not uggs!

You have to look through as they don't let you sort from low to high but worth a look ( have chosen lowest price section but there are some other nice shoes etc in other price ranges with great reductions too! )

on the left bottom you can sort by price up to £5 £5 to £10 etc.

I placed an order on january 3rd for a pair of shoes and a pair of boots.
I got the shoes on the 12th, no sign of the boots, no email or other communication, i checked the "my account" on the website which said the boots were cancelled. I emailed them to inquire and they said "we cancelled them because they are sold out"....though they still show as available in that size on the website.

it took them 10 days to send half the order with no communication whatsoever, appalling customer service, and i didn't think much of the quality of the shoes I did get.... i won't be using them again

The returns label that came with my office shoes parcelnsaid that Office will charge £.250 for returns by post. In case you didn't know - you can still save this charge even if you don't have a store nearby.
Office website says that if you notify within 7 days, they will refund the return costs too! I used this service to return for free and conveniently.
