I ordered on the 1st and haven't had a dispatch email yet either. I hope they come as they had them in store today do could have got them there!

I ordered on the 1st also, had order confirmation later that day, heard nothing since, but it did say on email that orders are taking 7 days due to busy time. But still no dispatch email as yet.

I ordered a pair of boots for my OH on 31st - still no despatch email and still says 'processing' a little concerned as previously the payment was showing as a pending transaction on my cc, and now there's nothing. Tried to call yesterday but spent 20mins in a queue waiting to speak to cs before giving up. Stock no longer available in OH size so hope the order is completed as it's a b'day gift.

I can't get the free delivery to work, with or without the code. Even by adding a full price item.

Had an email this afternoon to show my order placed on 31st has now been despatched so anyone who ordered around this time, I'd guess you'll see despatch emails in the next day or so.

After you have entered the free delivery code it doesnt take it off until you continue to the checkout. So although you can still see the £3.50 after you put the code in, if you continue to the payment stage the delivery charge disappears! :T

I ordered this evening via the mobile app. But have not had a confirmation email, is this normal?

I stupidly did not write down the order number that popped up, assuming it would be emailed to me!

Ordered some boots on boxing day and got a e-mail a few days ago saying the item I ordered is not available and they have given me a £5 off code to use on my next visit....really gutted as I liked those boots.
