    How do you get SBTV on your phone, as id use it aot
    Welcome to the non sbtv club :(

    i can still view on my phone and tablet but not laptop - seems its a case of contacting them with your browser and platform info and hopefully they will figure out the problem

    You have to jump through hoops with R1, i actually sent them one of 5 screenshots they requested and named the document ' more hoops ' :D, needless to say i got a snotty email back telling me it was my fault offers don't credit as i don't clear my cookies!

    More than 14 days past and contacted support 3 days ago, no reply as of yet, hence why I am asking here if anyone else is waiting for the vouchers.

    I've had problems watching any vids before when Flash has updated and not proved mixy with the browser. Removing Flash and doing a clean install of it did do the trick - though it took a couple of goes before the two started working together again.

    Have you tried unistalling an reinstalling Flash?

    I got the run-around from them a couple of months ago for some offer that I downloaded, so after 4 various screenshots and them still asking for more, I downloaded whatever it was to my main rig, opened browsers to show the emails, launched the app, and highlighted everything in dayglo pink - what really !!!!!! them was that my main rig has 4 x 24" WS monitors all at 1920x1080 res, and I spread the "proof" out across all monitors, had a notepad open with a diatribe about what I had to do for 20 SB and that R1 were staffed by inbred neanderthals, and I didn't crop the screenshot :p

    Needless to say I havent bothered using R1 since then, but its the rare moments of spiteful pettiness that makes life worth living sometimes :D

    They are probably extra busy this month with all the referral bucks flying around, they usually reply to you in 48 hours but ask you to give them 3 to 5 business days.

    I'd give it a few more days then contact them again.
