    I have experience in tech support. You would (well maybe not) be amazed at the number of otherwise competent people who think the fact they have anti virus means they are protected from everything.

    SERIOUSLY. EDUCATE your people on not to click dodgy links. Then you wouldn't even need an AV.

    I worked net and sysadmin for years and have always been of the opinion that people should have to get a license to own a computer. 95% of the problems I encountered were located between the chair and the keyboard.

    Just had a DS about respect (I think) - how a company is perceived. There was only one company on the list that I knew anything about and not much at that, but it still asked me the questions and even though most answers were 'don't know' it credited. Also did a PaymentWall survey about business productivity suites that credited, so now on 152/80 :)
