63/80 This is SO painful! Never 'watched' so much SBTV. Calling it a day until the casino tasks come out.
Is it really sad that I'm setting an alarm for 8am tomorrow?!!!Swagbucks/Amazon Gift Card balance (Savings for Xmas 2019) £0.00/£100.00Additional Earnings Account (Started June 2018) £10600.00/£15000.00Premium Bonds £9460.00/£10000.00

Ok guys, at the risk of getting lynched i thought it may be time to try and post something that is not about swagbucks bashing....I do understand many of the frustrations that are being expressed at the minute - i have had my fill of things not crediting etc in the past as well, however my view is this:
I believe swagbucks introduced the daily target as a means of recognising and rewarding those who spend a lot of time on the site - it is not meant to be an easy to achieve target all the time - if it was the site would probably go out of business like so many others that come along and promise lots of cash only to disappear within a short time. swagbucks has been going for 5 years and so they must be doing something right. (not everything obviously - there are certain things that could definitely be improved upon).
Personally i have earned roughly £400 since i joined about 2 years ago and that is despite many weeks and months of not even going near the site. I have spent lots of time on other sites which take months to be able to claim a payout whereas i can claim a £5 voucher within a few days on this one.
I know there are various offers that don't payout but the way i see them is they are probably paying a certain amount for advertising on the site which helps it stay afloat - sometimes its a pain yes, but we all learn to avoid certain ones and by sharing the ones that do payout we make life easier for each other. Another important point about things not crediting is it is important to clear the cookies from your computer on a regular basis as this often prevents things being tracked properly (on all sites that depend on tracking not just sb)
Poor old sbtv - it gets such a bashing - but i personally don't know any other sites that don't have a limit on what you can earn. I know its a not fun trawling through hrs of sbtv but i for 1 am grateful for it being there - i use it everyday to help boost my points, and i make a game of it most of the time. I do a round then i wash the dishes, another round then i hoover, another round and i do something else. The points soon mount up and i don't sit staring at it all day.
Yes somedays there are no surveys - sb can't control that - the survey sites only have so many to share around, and if there are none, then there are none on most of the sites in my experience. We can't forget that money is tight for a lot of businesses and has been for quite a while - i am thankful for the opportunities that are still there - money is tight for a lot of us and so many many more people are doing what we are doing, yet there are still chances to make a few extra ££. It may take a bit longer, or involve juggling the sites we all use but hey at least these sites are around helping us to make ends meet, or get a treat when we otherwise couldn't.
lastly, in my opinion sb is trying to offer additional ways to earn when they know there aren't so many surveys etc around - at the minute they are offering matching referral bucks and they have added the shopping option recently too. I have made about £40 on there this month which is the most ever for me - maybe next month i will hit £50If you are one of those getting really frustrated why not try taking a break for a week or a month??? no one is forcing you to use it every day remember - or give yourself a small target, like 20sb a day etc - just cos the targets are there doesn't mean you have to hit them you know - you still earn when you don't make target
Oh and no i don't work for swagbucks before someone asks.... :rotfl::rotfl: sometimes i just think its good to take a step back and consider the positives when the negatives seem to be taking holdsorry for the essay

Agree with eveything you have said fairylicks.
People put too much pressure on themselves to get daily target ( myself included sometimes)
Its the best site for quick results despite some things not being perfect.
I sometimes get fed up so take a few days break and come back full of enthusiasm
Imanother sbtv lover.
If i really cant be bothered with desperately finding a survey, i just sit with sbtv running while watching real telly, earning a few pennies at same time.
Like fairy says...... look at the positives and the camerarderie on this thread.Make £10 a Day Feb .....£75.... March... £65......April...£90.....May £20.....June £35.......July £600 -

sorry for the essay
Hell yeah! Completely agree with everything you've said here fairyclicks - though I know I'm a relative newcomer, so haven't had much time to be as disillusioned as others seem to be at the moment. That said, if I don't get my 95sbs for the 2 part trusted survey I've just completed, I might start complaining big time too!
Let's hope tomorrow's event gives all SBuckers a genuine thank you for their time with an uber low target and hundreds of sbs :T:T************************************************************

Despite my previous moan I TOTALLY agree with your post fairyclicks. I think it can just be a bit frustrating watching the same things over and over again everyday but putting it into the perspective you have I can see why I love the site. You are right about the target being a challenge, and agree that it is probably why the site has survived.Swagbucks/Amazon Gift Card balance (Savings for Xmas 2019) £0.00/£100.00Additional Earnings Account (Started June 2018) £10600.00/£15000.00Premium Bonds £9460.00/£10000.00

Fully agree fairyclicks.
I suppose we all must enjoy, in a strange way, doing the Swagbucks thang, but just come on here as a kind of pressure relief valve if things maybe aren't going our way.
