ok after moaning that i was getting no TS at all since i filled in the new profile thingies, i got an email from the support lot saying that my dashboard had been turned off by mistake! so if anyone else is having same issue then contact the support tab on the TS page.... having said that, i went to do one and then got a stupid error!

I have 2 TS as well that didn't credit, but where do you go for those to send in screen shots?

and the SB have not credited usually when I use TP
they add SB strait away

if you cannot find the surveys listed in the support page (support tab top right of TO page ), go via another one listed and explain with screenshot. has always worked for me

i am not sure, some trial pay stuff is not crediting but the shopping ones usually do. they may take an hour or so though. if they do not then put in a ticket, they have been v helpful with me

both TP surveys I put tickets in for this morning got credited now - they really are fast.
