At 188/90 today so can't complain about that.
however I will now only do surveys, games and SBTV tired of offers not crediting.
Got a response today about a couple tickets I raised and got the most infuriating answears so am just sick of stressing myself out over it.
In need of extra ££...and failing
  • Got award 38SB from SponsorPay for a ticket i raised a while ago.
Did the DS on Brita water filters.

    Now have 162/90
    £2013 in 2013 / £353.22 /£2013 so far
    Quidco: £53.15, Swagbucks: £30, Other: £27 AGC

I agree - keep getting silly responses like 'please enclose a screenshot of the survey you completed' even when I tell them that it was an offer and I've already sent them a copy of the sign-up email

  • question: when you go to TrailPay or so and click on support and it lists the surveys (i.e. Offer viewed), are those the ones I failed or completed and didn't credit?
Also, if it is something like the Bodyshop offer (which got credited, whoop!) then yes I get a confirmation email, but how can I tell them I completed the surveys without an email? The screen shot doesn't really say which survey it was...
    CC1: [STRIKE]£2080.00 £1550 [/STRIKE] Paid off! :j
    CC2:[STRIKE]£1040.30 £420.00[/STRIKE] £1450 0% interest till Feb 2015

    Total: [STRIKE]£3320.30[/STRIKE] (Oct 2012) - £1450.00 (Feb 2014)

It might help if you give them the completed URL code which is what SB asks for if you claim credit for a trusted survey. I always think it's their problem re working out which survey it is, if you have a shot of the last page and tell them what it was about it should be pretty obvious to them I would think. I've put a ticket in (again) to Trial Pay today with that info and would expect to get a credit from them. HTH!

Forgot to answer your first bit - the offer viewed thing means things I've clicked on but not participated in (I think!)

I think that's what it's mean't to mean, but it doesn't always. For example when I have clicked and completed an offer but it hasn't registered on their system that I have completed. I have had to send support tickets to get the sbs. It really shouldn't be this bad. OK, a few special offers not tracking now and again is one thing but the majority not tracking is not good. I think the special offers really need sorting out.
