The same thing happened to me, fortunately I had took a screen shot where it said 'thanks for completing please press next to submit your answers' or something, and I've messaged them already just saying that it didn't work and as I've clearly completed the survey I expect my SBs. Worth a try as I DID complete it in full...!

How annoying for you. It keeps pooping back on my home page and after the qualifiers tells me it is over quota. At least I didn't complete the whole thing.
