What email does your friend use? I've only used hotmail and gmail.

With gmail, it looks like this:

Choose the email then click the '!' which means report spam.

With hotmail it was roughly the same thing iirc.

I had the greetings cards DS too even though I never buy them. Also had the brainjuicer on breakfasts opinion surveys via TP. So target met nice and easily today.
