They can close your account without notice if they believe you have breached any of the terms and conditions of holding an account. I hadn't breached any so it took some time for me to prove it and get my account reinstated.

Usually on special occasions you can collect collectors bills on your searches and if i remember rightly you get a bonus if you get them all. There are none about at the minute but probably there will be a valentine themed collection - it will make more sense when one is on honestly

My friend is being spammed form an email that isn't mine but has my name on it any advice guys please as it is annoying her.

She should be able to ban that specific email and mark it as a phishing scam. If your name is common (eg Anna Smith) it could just be a coincidence, but your email has probably been hacked to get to your friends'. Change passwords and everything.

I have changed all my passwords
