Its a US only code - I got 'not available in your country' when I put the answer in.

Honestly, I use fake information on surveys. I use my real name more often than not as it is a common one in this part of the world, but for offers I am extra careful and use an alias. As for addresses, I use the postcode of my local supermarket, and when I look up the address as I often have to, I input a fictional one so no stranger gets my junk mail. I usually just input number gibberish for landline/mobile, but make sure it starts with your area code.
