Re:spam email boxes...
I use mailinator.com
This is good because there is a 'real' email inbox - so if you need to click on a confirmation email you can still access it.
Don't use mailinator for anything personal as it's open access
You can choose your 'address', e.g. ihatespam@mailinator.com.
Sometimes these companies won't let you use a mailinator address - good news is that mailinator offers a number of different domains to get around this!We are QPR, say we are QPR!0 -
I've just been credited by Sponsor Pay for a couple of offers I did last week.
Regarding spam. I get something like 700 spam emails a week as a result of Swag Bucks. Every single one goes into my spam folder and I just delete the whole lot in one go. Every month or so I use Spy Bot search and destroy to remove all the spammy things from the computer. This makes it run faster for a while.
I never give my card details or bank details in response to any offer on Swag Bucks. The only things I've downloaded have been the SB toolbar and a recipe toolbar.
Norton and other spyware should pick up on any pages that are unsafe so I feel quite happy doing the offers and other things to earn SBs. I know I'm also inadvertently downloading spammy stuff but I think that goes on everywhere.
