I tried to redeem my first £25 voucher (before I'd redeemed 3 £5 vouchers) and it's asking me to verify my account via mobile or postcard... Thing is, I don't want SB spamming my mobile number, and won't a postcard take weeks and weeks from the US? I'm confused and sort of annoyed at the implication they need to know who I am to send me an email, especially as I've redeemed vouchers before. Any advice?

They only send you a text message which is free and you won't be spammed.
