I don't understand how someone can post about completing a DS, indicating that there are some floating around the system, then as soon as I try there is nothing available.

The other thing I'm annoyed about is I put in a ticket about a songpeople survey I did on Jan 2nd that didn't credit. Sent a screen capture saying that I completed and have been fobbed off again that they have "no evidence that I completed the survey". Well I've just given you some evidence. Grrrr...

Sorry to hear about you struggling Leo. For surveys they take your demographic info (age, if you smoke, if you have a car - that kind of thing) I often don't get many because I'm a student, I can't drive and I don't earn very much. Earlier this year there was a survey for Welsh people (hi Cath) - obviously English or Scottish people had no luck there. That's probably where your problem lies I'm afraid. I had no TS today for probably the same reason.

As for tasks and stuff... Have you tried the yes/no ones. Soooo tedious, but they always seem to be available.

Jane, changing the format is actually really easy - get your screenshot, go into "Paint" > click on file, save as... then choose a file extension (the doodle at the end that begins with a dot - .jpg, .png, .bmp ect). You can save as any file extension it brings up on the bottom.



Saving it as .jpg would usually work.

Never mind, it's credited!

No DS or TS surveys for me yet today, and DQ from PL surveys, so the 38 SB was much needed.

Nothing for me so far today and I've been checking for surveys since 09:00. NO DS, no TS, no PL surveys, nothing on any of the walls, no videos, no crediting spammy offers. Even struggling to get a winning search. If it wasn't for the Grepolis offer yesterday I would have struggled to make the target.

It is the same everyday. Whilst I don't begrudge anyone getting surveys it's becoming frustrating seeing people posting about completing such and such survey and not getting a single one myself.

And the casino tasks have turned into a joke. Refresh. Refresh. Refresh. Task 8. Sorry the task has finished. Refresh. Refresh. Task 10. Sorry the task has finished. They seem to be going quicker and quicker every night. There were some last night that had 90 spaces and had finished literally as soon as they popped up.

Can see me leaving the website for a while, especially if it is like this at the weekend. I am not spending any more time watching the same rubbish for the 100th time on SBTV!

I have to agree with you. Getting a Daily Survey is now the exception rather than the rule. I used to get one most weekdays but not usually weekends. As you say it is very annoying to get a message in your In Box asking if you have taken your daily survey. I also have the same experience with the Casino tasks. I used to be able to get one if they were in single figures - now, as you say, there can be 90 available but when you click on it it says finished. As for the other tasks - don't get me started - 'Some Of Your Answers Are Not What We Expected' - as soon as I see that mess age now I just stop.

@LeoLasagne I registered for Swagbucks only recently, was expecting it to be brilliant because the thread for it on here is so busy but I'm not doing well at all, only have 174 points. I think it mightn't be for me.

Nick, I don't know if you will read this or not but thank you for coming on here and giving your explanation of the current situation - it is reassuring to know that you are on the case, although you will appreciate that it is still very frustrating for a lot of Swagbucks members. It is also welcoming to hear things from the horse's mouth.
