Nick, I appreciate everything you do for us on the FB UK page, but the fact is UK users are marginalised - I'm not suggesting this is your fault, btw, in fact, I admire your patience being the go-to guy for everyone's problems - but we don't have their print-off coupons, we can't get SBs for shopping through Amazon, we don't have half the offers US people do. And that's life - SB is American-based. We are lucky they even provide vouchers or Paypal in £s!

Even so, it's hard to get around the fact that stuff like this happens regularly:

- completing a survey without credit
- completing offers with no credits
- completing tasks with no credits
- lack of surveys
- broken tasks
- offers only showing up for some people
- entire OFFER WALLS disappearing and reappearing at will
- games not crediting

I'm sure milo and everyone else can add more stuff to this list... This is just stuff I have personally experienced.

I didn't know SB were losing money from this too (btw mrsyardbroom, thanks for the proper calculations - my maths is so bad. Forgive me.), I guess that'll be the motivation for them to fix it, cynical as that is to say. So Nick...thanks for trying. SB is a good site, the daily targets and the community aspect get me motivated, but honestly, if it weren't for this forum, I would have quit because all those things I listed above are SO FRUSTRATING.

Miwa - Not to mention SB took SBTV-mobile off us, promised we would have it back late last year and we still don't have it now.

Should I edit that in cally? I know people were having problems with SBTV errors as well.

SBTV mobile (on mobile phones, the phone application) is different from SBTV (on the computer)
