If you click on Tools > Contact Support, you can open a ticket there. There isn't a category for Daily Surveys, so I chose category Suggestions. Hopefully will get routed to the right department.

Just click into the game as if you're going to play it and then leave it on the "click play" screen for 2 mins, go back to "game details" and then load up the game again. Did not know this - got a couple sb doing this while on Daily Survey plus searches.. im done at 105/90 (unless I decide to do more once I get back home)

Hi, I reached the target for the first time yesterday and it said I would get 11sb extra, but they havent been added, is it usually automatic?

Bonus bucks are added on or around the 5th of each month as far as im aware

I didn't take note of the survey id so won't be able to do that today but will remember to take details next time

my second high sb GFK trusted survey to freeze at age selection today - I am doomed

Got dq'd from the 60sb PL on alcohol cause I don't drink.

Think the GFK one wants you to have bought home hair colourants cause I've been offered it twice now and not checked that box and been dq'd both times.
