no its what they want, most of these comanys 'advertise' on tv/paper/radio in order to get customers, really they arnt there to help they only want your money... if you pay say £100 and they take 10% fees then that would be 'ok' although i personally would transfer to free debt help. but someone has posted here before and they were paying a agency and it ended up that all their money was going on fees and not servicing the debt.. hence she wasnt paying anything ~ check it out0
