The 'extra payment every week' challenge 2013

Well, if I'd been organised enough to pay the cheque in earlier it would have been £3 this week. Big payments are not really the norm for me.

good stuff everyone, im going to make a payment tomorrow after i've been food shopping. My mind is not on this too much yet i must admit I just cant wait till the last car payment has gone so i can relax

£22.20 made as an extra payment today to make the amount owed on the credit card a nice round amount.

However, when I make my normal overpayment tomorrow it will probably be untidy again :rotfl:

I really think this challenge has made me loopy Xx

you'll be batty in a month trying to keep account and cc balance both at even numbers looool and are you sure youre not auditioning for the pad thread hmmmm

Lots of unexpected January expenses, but very pleased I've managed something and have not really set expectations high for myself for first month after Christmas!

Hi All,

I did a purse sweep on Friday and had £13.23 left out of my weekly budget. It won't be so much this week as I have my works Xmas pot to put into and I already paid £5 to get the car cleaned. Not very :money: I know but it was filthy and too cold for me to get my hands wet!

Oh and I got 2 x £2 coins in change so they go into my £2 pot

We had an unexpected bonus this week. mr FF does some voluntary work and finally got some petrol expenses paid. We really weren't sure if he'd get anything but a whopping £96 extra payment made.
