I'm aiming to pay off an additional £2,000 this year. It's an ambitious target at the moment but I have a loan finishing early this year which is £200 a month so am planning to pay that off a bill each month.

I've made one payment so far of £6.68, not a huge amount but it's a start :)
  • Ooh ive got a cheque to cash for £4.77, i'll put that in tomorrow, can't wait til it clears. I'm on a mission lol

    Hi All :hello:

The wanderer has returned :o I got lost over the last couple of months and completely took my eye off it all.

Anyhoo, I'm back and ready to rock n roll. I'm not setting any goals or targets as I'm really planning on spending less this year so that will mean having less "cash" to stash as it were.

Good luck & :money: New Year!

Well I'm back and just made another payment on my MBNA Card. I checked my bank account this morning and £10.47 from Topcashback had gone in. For a minute I toyed with the idea if holding on to it until next week but then I thought if I pay it off now I will have to find another payment next week. So it's done! :D

  • Okay, getting the ball rolling with £15 this week. Money was left in our bills account as we (somehow) managed to underspend in December.

    Morning,

My plan is to do a purse sweep every Friday morning. DH & I have a weekly budget for personal spends so it will come from my budget.

Today's sweep is £2.15 to go in my pot.

  • Hi all, and a very happy 2013!

£3.20 for me. Still tackling the credit cards, one (sorely missed) latte at a time.
