I've taken a short break during the Xmas Season but wanted to wish all the Utilities regulars and newcomers a very happy new year. I know we get excited with each other from time to time, but essentially this is a great forum with knowledgeable people and lively debate.
I look forward to chewing over the issues in 2013 and hope we can continue to help those looking for advice. Also a special mention and thanks to the Supplier Reps who participate and field all the awkward questions and take the vents from us all. I am sure they realise nothing personal is intended when emotions get inflamed.
