eBay feedback dissapeared?

Just gona on to eBay and noticed I've lost one feedback.
Havent got any negative or neutral feedback, all positive. No cases or anything either? Any idea what might have happened

Check your seller dashboard. If you have any low stars, Ebay may have removed the feedback and your low stars will be cancelled too.

If a member has been naru'd within a certain time of becoming a member then all their feedback is removed whether positive or not.

The above responses explain the answer. Just to add, I've had this happen to me too. I suddenly saw my feedback drop by 1 and immediately thought someone had left me a negative!

But (happily) there was no negative, a positive feedback comment had simply disappeared without trace!

That's what I thought has happened, I'd been left a negative. :eek: but luckily all is fine but still missing one feedback. Was just curious as to why this had happened. Thanks all

I've just noticed that my one and only negative has disappeared!

I use ebay to sell unwanted items occasionally and a few months ago sold a car to an absolute numpty who came, revved it a lot and refused to buy it, despite it being as described and no claims being made about it being any good - was a 15 YO banger, sold for just over £400.

I looked at his feedback and foudn that he had done the same to 20/30 other people, and he is still doing it now, but the negative he gave me has gone, as has some of those he has left for others.

I have no idea why, but won't complain
